I have a used NM Blackhawk in .45 Colt. The firearm has been disassembled before I got it. The plunger spring is mangled bad. I'm not sure there is a plunger in it. Numric has plungers in stock but no springs. Does anyone have an idea of where to look for a new or used(unmangled) spring? Thanks.

Good info to have. Those springs tend to get smooshed when reassembling the grip frame back onto the main frame and you're trying to keep track of the trigger and its plunger/spring as well as the pawl plunger/spring at the same time while making sure the hammer strut is properly seated in the hammer.

Note that the pawl plunger goes into the hole in the main frame first, leaving the spring sticking out of the hole to get smooshed. There's at least one version of the Ruger exploded view of the single-actions that appears to show this reversed. BTDT 🤣
