I actually wondered who would be the first to do a "brass" frame. I thought about it.
Is it a Brass frame or just a Cerakote colored frame? Looks nice though.

These have actually been available for a while now, Model 2050... Just not listed on Ruger's website. Gunbroker, Bud's and Gallery of Guns has them listed for sale, and I too plan on picking one up myself by the end of the year.

saw a couple today setting up and they are indeed 'ceracoat' and there is a "line" (casting line) right down the center of the backstrap,,,,hhhmmm,,,too bad

I was going to put a RW gripframe on my Wrangler. I couldn't justify a $350 grip frame on a $180 gun. I gave the Wrangler to my son in law for my grandson a couple weeks back. Solves that problem. Plus gives me an excuse to buy another Single Six.

I couldn't either. Then I bought one. Now I've got 3 with 2 more on order. Plus grip panels for all 5.
Honestly, with my big hands a RW gripframe makes Blackhawks a pleasure to shoot.
