Hello Guys

Just received this nice .44 magnum revolver in a trade and curious some of the history behind it. I tried searching the net and not much on it.
I haven't seen any of these on the gun auction sites for reference. I guess people that have these don't sell them

Does anyone know how much Mowry Customs charged for the upgrade to the revolver? Trying to figure out a value on this bad
boy. Here are some pics for you:

It's nicely done, but oftentimes money spent on custom work is lost when you try to sell the gun, unless it was done by one of the big names gunsmiths who have extended waiting lists. I'll guesstimate your street value is in the $600.00 to $700.00 range, if you find someone who really wants a big snubby. I can't find anything on the internet about Mowry Custom at all, so they may be out of business. A local dealer had a similar 44 mag Redhawk 2.5 incher that brought $600.00.

I am thinking that would be an easy $1000.00 sale, tough market or not. It is sweet!

Maybe on this site, but my local won't even buy custom guns. They said they are too hard to sell, and a few have had problems that weren't reported.

I`d name it "KING ROSCOE" !!!

Never seen the smiths name before but looks like quality work !

Bead blasting is harder than ya think !!
