Mk II Target / Competition Model

Would like to understand the difference between a MkII Competition vs. a MkII Govn't Target/Competition model.... ????
I have the former with a slab side bbl. FYI

Here's a picture of both pistols:

The main, and important difference between the two pistols involves the chamber on the Government version. The original Government contract called for a "roller-burnished" chamber on the pistols shipped to the Government. That process not only made for a very uniform sized chamber, but also hardened the chamber walls, somewhat, and provided a very smooth surface.
The sights were qualified using equipment specifically designed to align the sights with the bore.
