Inherited my Granddad's '84 MarkII 10" bull barrel and wanting to change out some stock parts to make for nicer shooting. Would it be the best to change out the trigger (along with the springs and adjustable over-travel), OR swap out all springs for competition springs?
There's lots of options and sellers out there to choose from in upgrading these Marks.
Already installed extended magazine release, Hogue finger-groove wrap around w/ thumb rest hand grip and 3 new Ruger magazines for starters. Pistol already had a scope mount system w/Leupold 2.5 EER scope on it.
Am also looking at going with stainless sear and hammer bushing, but not disassembled this gun down fully to know what metal they use for these from factory. Just doing a little at time for improvements, but some improvements are better than others in just replacing.
