Mark IV Hunter model ?

How rare are the Ruger Mark IV Hunter models?

I’ve got to admit I don’t see them often in the gun store cases. But did see one online the other day.

Just curious. Does your local gun store have many in stock?

We were actually at the Scheels the other week and they didn’t have any Mark IV’s. But did have some Browning Buckmarks. I thought that was interesting.

So this model must be fairly rare then?

I wouldn't call them rare,, just not as frequently seen as other models, due to folks NOT selling them.
Plus,, production of many models has suffered during the covid crap, & is slowly returning.

Stainless or blued? Haven't seen a stainless Mark IV Hunter available for a while, there was a healthy run of blued Hunters available from Talo last year.

For the last couple years Ruger has only been concentrating on black stuff, 10/22's and wranglers.
Anything beyond that, other models aren't likely to be seen in quantity for a while.

Thanks for the comments. I was all set to buy a new gun, but then some other expenses came up and now I’ve got to wait a while.

Let’s just say I hate home repairs.
