I've been thinking I'd like to have one of these made up from scratch so I'm looking for any pictures you fellows might have. An OM FT short barrel 44 Special with a Bisley grip frame. Thanks.

This one is 5 1/2" but it is on OM flat top 357 conversion to 44 Special.

...OM 44with a Bisley grip frame...well that makes it a bit more challenging.

I do have a FT Bisley...but it's short a screw...

Hi Tom, John Gallagher did the conversion and fit the brass bisley gripframe and made the octagon barrel. David Clements makes the old model bisley hammer and trigger parts as does Ron Powers I believe.

Tom, Hamilton made my #5 style gun posted above. Here is another short barreled old model conversion in bisley to 41 Mag. It just isn't a flat top. John Gallagher did this one as well.

Unfortunately my former photo host went belly up so all photos are lost. Next trip home I need to dig out some of the good stuff and start over. I have a pretty nice one that Alan Harton put together. In fact, it's at his shop now receiving a new set of grips. Another nice Bowen with Harton gips on a Flattop too, gone... Sorry I can't help.
