Ruger Guru
KEVINT,, don't apologize. You asked an honest question & got some good answers.
The "factory gun" is a GP100. The story goes; guy I bought it from got it from a gun shop in Newport NH. Which is where one of their facilities is located. Ruger would keep some guns for themselves in the company archives, and would occasionally sell them to LGS. So that's how my friend got it. It is supposedly marked as a factory owned gun with a star in front of the serial number. Do I have direct, factory provided provenance? No.Yeah, I’d have to correct you a bit …. But that’s depending on which Rugers you’re talking of for demand. There’s so many …..OM, NM, many double actions, shotguns, rifles, rimfire, center fire and on and on.
I’m curious about your “factory owned model”. Which model and what designates it as factory owned and what provenance is provided.
On your vaqueros… well … they’re new models not old models and single action not double action so that leaves me out.
