load for 32 mag

I use 4 grains of Unique with good results. Clocks real close to 1000 fps in my SS. Not a top load but I of course recommend working up to it.

I tried some Tite group too but did not like it as well.

Mine too. There is another thread on Ruger only loads from last week as well as several sources on the net. I have played around with different loads much at all, I tried the Unique and it shot well so I kinda just stayed with it.

anybody got a good load for the missouri bullet, 100grain rnfp bullet

I load those bullets with 3.2gr of Green dot for my single six vaquero (4 5/8" barrel).

It puts them in an inch at 25 yards (i think the one on the left was me). Nice bullets by the way.

I don't have a chrono.

According to reloading data, this load should be around 1,050fps.

I have not used any Green Dot in twenty years. I think I still have a partial pound left somewhere. I had grand plans to really sample some different loads in mine this summer but sidelined.

I know you asked for 100gr's from Missouri bullets but here's another option.

I ran out of Missouri 100's and got some 95gr's from Arizona cast bullets. I was looking for a bit wider nose.

I tried 3.3, 3.5 and 3.7 grains of Green Dot at 15 yards. All of them looked good.

This is what the bullet looks like (note: need to work the bullet seater, rounds the top of the bullet a bit):

5 rounds with 3.3gr of Green Dot (i think the one at the right was me). Each square is one inch, see that that's a dime, had no quarters in my pocket.

5 rounds with 3.5gr of Green Dot

5 rounds with 3.7gr of Green Dot

And this is my single six

I think i'm settling with 5.5gr. I was doing a 6 o'clock hold so hitting ~one inch high suits me.

Hope you find this useful. Have fun!

I shoot a lot of 3 grs of WST, runs about 960 fps in my single six & causes nightmares for ground squirrels, rock chucks, badgers & grouse, the grouse will tangle with it tomorrow!
This is a great everyday load in the 32 maggie.

You mean 3.5 grains of Green Dot, right?
