Does anyone have any idea when these might be available? I need to sell my 1894 to fund getting one and I'm wondering how much time I have. I don't want to miss out on getting one!!!
I'm sure it will look just the same as the Talo 3.75", but with Bisley parts. I've been dreaming about this exact gun ever since I got my Bisley hunter in .44.

I love my Bisley's but I am going to be honest this isn't a gun that makes sense to me. I am curious why people are flocking to it?
I do hope they sell well and everybody loves them, it's just the first time I have seen a stainless Bisley that I can't warm upto. Perhaps I have spent too much time with my Lipsey's 45 Colt Bisley Blackhawk Hunter
Now if Jason will take a suggestion, can you PLEASE approach Ruger about making a Bisley Single Ten? Now that would be a gun that would have me reaching for the phone and credit card faster then a liberal can blame guns.
I have my LGS checking w/ Lipsey's to see if he can get one. He has done several transfers for me so I thought I would let him sell me one. I hope he can get it, he is a low volume dealer and is probably pretty far down the list on this "allocated" gun. He let me see his cost on the gun $500, I should be OTD for $625 or less.
I have bought 3 guns in the last month, so this one may have to go on the plastic.
Lipsey's IS the death of my pitiful little savings account.
Gotta love 'em though.
The charm of this is similar to the 3.75" birdshead .22's and .45's that I got earlier this year. Short, handy and in this case, ready for the stomper loads that can really whomp something with a grip that allows you to withstand the recoil - what's not to like?
My lgs told me yesterday that I could get it for $625.00. I'm going to go down and see what they'll give me for my 1894 marlin. Im really curious how much they're going to offer me for it. It's a real marlin lnib. Since its not a remlin, I was going to keep it until the value went up, but I have to get my hands on this Bisley!
I am a little nervous about the grips too. My Bisley hunter came with horrible grips. The insides looked like someone went at them with a router! Of course one phone call to ruger and they had a new set in the mail...But since I've been reading all the poor fitting grip threads, I'm a little scared.
It's still not a custom shop gun or some $1000 model. It's still in the grand scheme of the parts involved, a mass production thing. A large quantity of grip frames cast and finished and a large quantity of grip panels produced all at two different locations. Want nice, perfect hand fitted, it's cost quite a bit more.
I am going to contact Ruger about replacing the grips on mine. The left grip seems to be cut too thick. Either that or the casting is way off...
