light hits question new SR9

Noob here with a 400 rd. SR9.I have had maybe 7 failure to fire reloads and one or two from Fiocchi and Fed.I see the indent is not as deep as others I have shot.Is there a fix?

Not being a smart arse,, but have you given it a cleaning? Internally? Sometimes they get shipping grease etc inside that can cause this.

Do a detailed cleaning. My SR9 had a lot of heavy grease and even some metal shavings in the striker channel. While I had it apart I also pulled the magazine disconnect. Which if poorly fitted could occasionally cause the striker to drag and not have enough force to pop the primer.
