Yes, it is a Glock 30

That is the Crimson Trace Grip

It is not the actuator though....the actuator is actually where your palm meets the back strap just below the slide.

The laser comes on the instant you grab the gun correctly

Interesting setup. I saw the bulge under the rear of the slide in the original photo, and almost deleted my reply 'cause I thought I was wrong about the gun... "Glocks don't look like that back there..." :)
