left hand grip for MK III

been having trouble finding this on the internet... any suggestions? I was looking at the below, but it is for a MK II and will require some work to fit the MK III and it appears VQ does not make the left hand grip for the MKIII. what a bummer. nice grip...

I you decide you want wood instead of rubber I make the thumbrest grips for the mark 3. I can make them in left hend. Steve

I have that grip on my Mark II (I too am left handed). It's a big grip. I'm not sure why, but I can never fully seat the magazines into the gun with that grip in place. I took a dremel (sp) tool and enlarged the opening of the rubber grip. Otherwise, it's nice, just thick, like it's a full handful I mean.

yeh. I hope I can get it to fit on my mark III. if not, Brownells said I could send it back for refund.

As far as I know the only thing you need to do to get a MKII grip to fit on the MKIII is do a little cut out on the left side for the magazine release.

I was thinking of that, but would I then need an extended release?
