It's a de-mooning tool (for removing spent shells from the moon clips). Don't need one I already have several but another great karma by another great Ruger Forum member.

I own a few different moon clip type of guns. And I have different gun bags for each one. I could use another de-mooning tool! I've got one I made,, that is aluminum,, and it needs re-grinding all the time.
