Info needed about this load for 510 GNR

I found on youtube this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W5xar4ID2hU . Gentlemen is shooting 510 GNR and mentioned load as 370 boolit with 29 grain of IMR4227.

What would be pressure and velocity? Seems to me that recoil is like heavy loaded 44 or 45. My intuition is that this load is enough for anything in North America.

Noted load is considerably milder than this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WSQvfNXzuYQ&feature=related . Some folks might like this type of shooting, but if I need padded gloves and just one bit loose grip will make gun hitting me in the head, nah, not my cup of tea
