IBOK for the GP

I've read on several threads about lowegan IBOK . I've tried looking him up to PM him hoping to get a copy .... his username doesn't come up in the members search. Can anyone help. Either the correct spelling of his username or the IBOK. appreciated.

There is another SP-100 trigger and tune-up guide free on the internet. The technique applies to all Ruger double-action revolvers.
