I Still Need Help:

I have lost my notification that members have replied to my posts.

What have you done to try and solve the problem? And, Ale is correct as far as I can tell.

Have you tried the instructions left in one of the other threads you started?
Deleted your browser history?
Cleared cookies?
Ran Disk cleanup?
Ran your virus and spyware protection?

Same thing happened to me. Don't know what's up. The notifications just stopped. I double-checked my defaults and I'm still set up to get them, but nothing...

Have you thought that maybe it's not the fault of the forum? Maybe check your email client for any problems or settings keeping the emails from the forum from coming through.

I have always had good results by clearing out all the PM inbox and sent files. 99% full will choke off incoming and sending messages. Keep them under 20% full and I don't have a problem.

Agree 100% you only have so much storage space, clean out you messages once in a while and you won't have that problem. :P

To my knowledge I have had NO REPLIES to any of my posts regarding this. Yes I have deleted my browser, and cookies history, checked the settings here and on the email account, ran virus and spyware-No joy. In other threads I try to follow Pie's suggestions, but I couldn't find the Profile on the right side of the screen. It is on the left for me.

Never heard of this before. I don't send or receive that many PM's, but will do that next.

Ok I guess I have sent and received more PM's than I realized! I had maxed out. Deleted enough to get it down to 10%. We shall see if that worked.

I think I have replied to every thread Ed started and you posted on. Now, if you know you're not getting email notifications, you're gonna have to check the threads to see if folks are trying to help.

You and Ed have all the info I know ......... only an Admin can help from here as far as I know.

Sorry I don't have more info or knowledge.

Hi Gramps,

Is it possible you have accidentally put the forum in your spam list? Or that the security settings on your AV has it marked as a site that is "troublesome?"
Nope because I hadn't been to the email site via computer for months. Only by phone to read the mail. Elaborate on "AV" please

Gramps If you use Internet Explorer:

Click on the "gear" icon on the far right of your screen.

Then click on the "internet options"
Then on "privacy"
You should then see an option for pop up blocking.

Hope this helps.
