I got dressed, stopped by my daughter’s high school, then the grocery store. Then took the car in to get an oil change.

Then half way through a walk with our dogs. My wife turns to me and asks why my tee shirt is inside out and backwards. 😜 No tags, just a printed label so I didn’t notice.

I’m just amazed. Like the old guy at the grocery store check out. He could have said something. Or the guy at the car dealership. Audi. We even walked over and talked about the new Q3. What a great car.

I wouldn’t care. I’m more embarrassed that they didn’t say anything.

When I go back and get my car I’m going to go tell that guy next time he should say something. 😃

At least I can still make my wife laugh.

A couple years ago I went to Duncan Donuts in the morning. When I walked in a very attractive blonde haired woman in tight blue jeans made eye contact and gave me a big smile. Cool. Made my day. When I walked out she looked at me & smiled again. Now I felt really good until I got in my pickup and looked in the mirror. I had toothpaste in the corners of my mouth. Bummer.

Gou up (BIG+++) had eggs sausage and toast and coffee. Watched some news on RAV and Toulsi TV. feed and walked the dogs. Very blessed a deal that I thought I had lost came back Praise God. Taking wife to the store. 😬

At my daughter’s school I needed to drop off something for her for later in the day. Security is very tight. I could just give it to the front desk lady.

She looked at me and said thanks, then she goes:
“You had one job to do… Enjoy the rest of your day.”

I deal with a lady (my wife) that had a stroke and has some very good days and then some awful ones. I learned that if you are having a bad day...start the day over. It generally works. Had a small problem at the local Post Office today. I could have chosen to be a 'jerk' about it or laugh and move on. I chose to laugh as did four or five lined up behind me.

I embarrassed my wife the other day at church.
I've only embarrassed my wife in church once. We had divorced after four years of marriage and after a year hooked back up and decided to take another shot at it. She had kept my name while we were split up and when we were filling out the forms the official mentioned that we both had the same last name. I put my arm around her shoulders and said "Well, me and sis decided we should go ahead and make it legal, you know, for the kid's sake". I almost managed to stay single that day.

And it has now been 28 years from that second wedding, and it is WAY better the second time around. We both learned something from that time apart. I learned the value of perseverance, and she learned that sometimes it is OK to settle.

That’s funny.

We were at a funeral mass last week for her family. I was saying the responses out loud, like you’re supposed to.

Trouble was I was the only one. Nobody in her family goes to church, or knows the responses 😂.

Or hanging out of your belt line! I saw a woman in a store with a tail of toilet paper hanging out of the back of her skirt. I didn't say anything to her but I noticed that other people were seeing it as well.
Shoulda pulled it out for her....

A guy goes into work with a fresh black eye and was asked what happened... He said that he was on the bus going to work and there was a woman with her skirt stuck in her butt crack, it looked uncomfortable so he pulled it out and she punched him in the eye.
Someone said that maybe she liked it that way...
The next day when he got to work his other eye was black, he had a bloody nose and a split lip... Horrified, he was asked what happened and he said he put her skirt back where it was the day before!!!

Old song-"Beautiful girls, walk a little slower when you walk by me."

Yesterday started a bit slow. Tinkered with some small repair/maintenance chores on farm pickup and the little JD 5105. Son and G'son showed up after morning turkey hunting. Shuffled some machinery around, got the sprayer out and checked it over, greased it, changed out some boom controls, and replaced some hoses. Tinkered with the 'little' eight row planter and turned it around so a bigger JD can get hooked on later. After lunch we gathered up supplies and built 250 yards of post and panel fencing. Still had daylight left so we swapped out the rear tires on 5105 and a couple other little jobs.
About 9PM, the leg cramps hit and this morning I can barely lift my right arm.

At my age I've got to pee so often I might as well leave my fly down.
I hear you. My doctor prescribes water pill to reduce the swelling in my legs..About the only ting I've seen so far is about a 50% increase in mad rushes to the can. Supposedly, it's will slow down by evening and not do much by the time you hit the sack. BULL! A good night is up to pee maybe three times. A bad night can be six or more times. Don't get much sleep on those nights.
