Help with 3 screw

I was in my LGS today and spied a 3 screw 357 with a 4&5/8 barrell in nice cond. Serial #is 63758. Any advice on price and age of this gun would be a great help.

Rugers' website lists serial number and year made. The other thing to check is to see if it has the transfer bar conversion or not. You don't see a lot of the short barrels. One of my LGS had one in that same serial range in fairly good shape 90% for $400 and it sat there for almost a year, I offered him $350 but he wouldn't take it.

Just a detail question for the picky collector types . . .

Does the barrel address include the "INC." or not?

I'm not sure but I'll try to get back by there this week and check. I was surprised at the cond. of it no turn line and the blueing was great. Thanks for the help.
