None of the above really. I am always looking for the humor in a situation. I really am a Bucolic Buffalo. Laid back and laughing.

Take this past week for instance. I had a heart attack on Wednesday afternoon. An hour later the folks in ER and then the cath lab were all chucking and telling me I am far too happy of a person considering the condition I was in. Humor relaxed them and that relaxed me. Kept the cardiac floor nurses smiling also. Tried to be a happy patient that was no trouble for them. Besides, I don't ever want to have to be on that table again.

Oh wait! Favorite.............................hmmmm..........................Boomer.

I would like to be like Billy Kyle but I think I'm really more like Shorty with his poetry and biting humor. :D

Take care of that heart condition BucolicBuffalo, best wishes. Keep smiling. :D

I enjoy the rambling exchanges between Shorty and Reb the most; they are my favorite characters.

I'm partial to the Mensa brothers Shorty and Reb. They may not be the brightest bulbs in the pack, but when the going gets rough they are there to help and can help. And Shorty is just lucky, or maybe Lena actually likes the conversations they get into.

I will admit that my personal favs are Shorty and Reb and their "conversations for the ages."
Need to be careful not to let these two take over the cartoon.

I am always struggling to remember all the talks I heard as a kid sitting around the pot bellied stove in the grocery store.
Too bad we didn't have video recorders back then.

Just be glad you are still here to laugh about it. I have been on that table many times in the last 35 years. After my first bypass sugrty I had a nurse in cardiac rehad what I thought of the surgery and I said "it was a piece of cake.

Did they even have tape recorders back in those days?
