It said he “faced charges”. Apparently sooner than the Judge? Wonder what substances were involved. Get some for the military? It is a wonder he didn’t get shot by the owners. That area is known for protecting their own. Of course that was back in the 1970’s. Things may have changed to a more “civilized” approach to life.
