One of Hollywood's favorite screen villains has passed at the ripe old age of 95. You might not have known his name, but you almost certainly recognized his face.

Was last surviving member of "Ocean's 11" and an interesting remembrance for me...He was in the rarely seen "A Gathering of Eagles" (Rock Hudson, Rod Taylor) filmed at Beale AFB when I was stationed there in the early 60's. Ah, memories...
Usually typecast, but a good actor. RIP

The movie that comes first to mind to me is Sharkeys Machine. He was creepily very good. He had a very good run in Hollywood and life.

One of the old TV shows my Dad loved and I grew up watching with him and still do regularly had two episodes with Silva in them, the original The Outer Limits.
