After the recent flack about how the Monster Energy "girls" were dressed at Daytona, the president of the company said "Monster Energy has always been about racing and hot girls, that won't change and neither will their outfits"............good for him. At least one more is standing up to internet pressure and the "wussification" of America

I have never had a monster energy, but i have zero problems with scantily clad women.

I'll be watching tonight to see if I can get a peek at the girls. That twin race thing is tonight at 7pm on FX1. :D :D

Calling what they had on scantily clad had to come from someone living under a rock. Go to the beach my friends. There is more flesh on display there than anywhere but a strip club.

And there is one beach locally that bares all.

well I guess I should have looked to see how they were dressed before I posted. but I still don't have a problem with it..

Back a few years ago when I was going to the races (had season tix for NH, Dover and Pocono) I can say that the average fan attending wouldn't be bothered by these outfits. NONE would be even close to fitting in them either.

I think the girls look GREAT if you have been to the infiled of any race you would see much more.

I had season tickets for Dover from 1991 till about four years ago. I can absolutely say that you can see a lot more flesh just walking to whatever gate you entered. There are 'prudes' everywhere.

What's not to like? Jimmy Carter was right though, after a certain age one only lusts in one's heart. I don't lust but I sure as heck have strong appreciation of good genes.

Is there STILL that one up just South of Santa Barbara?
I seem to recall another down around San Diego.

San Diego is still there. I don't know about south of Santa Barbara.

Hi,

Pamela, are you thinking of one NORTH of Santa Barbara, maybe in the vicinity of Avila Beach? I heard mention of one in the mid to late-'70s when a buddy was in school at Cal Poly-SLO. Haven't heard anything since.

Black's is still alive and well in San Diego as far as I know, and Venice has had an on again/off again ( ) flirtation with "clothing optional" for decades.

My Grandson, Jack Edwards is the Monster series floor photographer for the Stadium Super Cross series (his company is Topstep photography(https://www.instagram.com/topstepphotography/) He travels with the Supercross riders and staff...I'm his "feeble old Grandad" and I asked him for one thing...an autographed picture of one of the Monster Girls and he has it ready to send....strengthens his place in line in my will....They are lovely things and perfect for an 80 year old to have framed on the wall in my office...my Wife thinks I need a distraction. Enjoy the Supercross pictures on his link to his site.
