I was doing a job in Mexico, just outside Mexico City and the people in the refinery oil lab where I was repairing and calibrating their viscosity measuring system took me to a place that the speciality was roasted baby goat. They did tell me what it was before going to make sure I was ok with that. Told them I would try most anything once. Everything was brought out, you couldn't tell by sight (no carcass or anything). You ate the meat with tortillas and all the fixings/side items and it was very good, I was impressed, good taste, tender, everything was first class. A very enjoyable experience. The taste was not like mutton (I don't care for that) but I couldn't really tell you what exactly it tasted like, but it was good.
