Pat-inCo, did your power go off too? While you were getting your snow
we just got our normal couple of additional feet of white global warming.
So far this winter we have gotten about our normal snow and winter
temperatures. On the radio it was reported that the North Front Range
had a lot of power outages for a couple of days from the wet snow.
Many a brief glitch, but no actual outages. I did the right thing several
years ago when I installed a UPS for the computer, and it has, I'll bet,
saved me problems there.
I was amazed when the TV said we were at 97% of normal, state wide,
for snow. I'm guessing that they are rolling in the South Half that has
been so dry. My perception is that we are a bit above normal. But then
again, I don't keep records, so it's just how my back reacts to the "global
warming" I remove from the driveway and side walks.
HA! Just went and looked. Our area (South Platt) is 107% and North
Platt (Steamboat) is 109%. Sounds like this getting old tells you things.
My knees tell me of approaching storms during the Summer and now my
back tells me about snow fall. . . .

Looks like Arizona gets water again this Summer.
