Cylinder Problem?

I have a Vaquero Sheriff in 45C that I bought a couple of years ago NIB on line. It is still unfired. One of the cylinders is very tight do that it is difficult to extract a loaded round. The other 5 just drop out. I lightly stoned the cylinder and it's much better. Interestingly a tool mark exists right above that hole.

Should I return it to Ruger for a fix or not?

By all means I would. You've had it for quite some time and managed without it's use this long, make them make it right. If there is "a tool mark" there, then likely it has peened material into that chamber and causing the round to stick. My bet is they will replace the cylinder and make it right.

Ya mean the word chamber, not cylinder...
Yer cylinder is what holds all 6 rounds.

Far from a big thing..........but others might rag on ya

If ya got a chamber that sticks ever round,
100% agree with Verndog,send it back to RUGER.

They will fix it for free.
