cylinder lock spring needed

Does anyone have a cylinder lock spring for an Old Model (3-screw) medium frame (i.e. .357) Blackhawk that they are willing to part with? (I think it may have had a part number of R-46???)
If so, let me know what you need to get for it please.
If not, any ideas where I could go to buy one...?
