Now that I am a widow; I have decided to reduce my "Library" a bit; SO, Book Karma No. 1 is :

"HORSE SOLDIERS"; by Doug Stanton
Supposedly the "true life story" of a small band of American Special Force Soldiers who secretly entered Afghanistan following 9/11 and rode to war against the Taliban.

SO, If you think you'd like to read it, list your name here and I'll do my usual numbered penny method of picking a winner on Sept 30, and then get it in the mail by October 1st.

I'll post Book Karma No. 2 on October 01;
Hint: also a novel about the war in Afghanistan; this one by Michael Hastings; So "Stay Tuned" as they use to say on the radio.
