After waiting forever for them to come back in stock I called Ruger today. They have both the small frame and the Blackhawk sized hammers in stock. I would rather have had a blued one, but the stainless steel will do fine. I picked up one for my 32 Mag and one for my 45 Blackhawk as well as a new base pin and transfer bar just in case.
To make a long story short, Shawna was very helpful and a delight to work with. In conversation she told me her next purchase will be a Ruger 1911, that she really likes how well she shoots with them.
