Bisley grips

I use Corian material ivory grips, fitted by Mr. Collins. They work well with 335 grain 1250 fps 45 Colt loads. I especially like how the weight of the grips makes the revolver balance well.

Recoil control? On a SA with either type of grip, I allow it to use the physics of the "upward roll" to help manage the felt recoil. I do not fight the recoil.
Whichever grip fits your hands the best is the one to choose!

I have big hands and the ivory polymers slip for me. Corian should hold up very well.

What grips do you use for better recoil control on your Bisley? Do the ivory polmers hold up to heavy recoil?

I like the Gunfighter style... checkered water buffalo horn and smooth ULTRA IVORY from EAGLE GRIPS. Caryc makes a similar design.
