Where is the best and cheapest source to get cast 45 bullets these days? My dealer has quit caring them and I am not going to cast them myself. I am looking for some 200 gr SWC but would take others if I cant find these. Midway has them but they are pretty pricy after shipping is added. I tried to call Missouri bullet company but their number has been changed. I called Miester Bullet Co. but have not heard back from them. I am looking to buy 1000.

These may not be the best?? I have used all of them. I look for "in stock" don't want to wait 6 weeks.

This is sort of a ammo search engine someone on the forum put up in the past. Have not used it personally....but you might find it useful.

I really like the bullets from Missouri Bullet Company http://www.missouribullet.com/index.php

Good bullets, great price, fast shipping, great customer service....

HAVE YOU realized, Sir, that "best" and "cheapest" are totally and mutually exclusive and CANNOT be ? It is impossible !!

I"ve wanted to say that to soo many people soooo may times.!! right on!!

badman bullets makes and sells a great bullet.

Missouri Bullet Co....hands down the best I've dealt with in 50+ yrs of shooting. Their offerings are as good as I can cast here at home. Best Regards, Rod

I'm a little late for this thread , but I'll put my 2 cents in anyway.. I can personally vouch for Oregon Trails 200 gr. SWCs. I use them in a Range Officer , a SR 1911 and my P-345. They shoot well in all ...especially the 1911s. The P-345 seems to like jacketed bullets best but will digest the O.T. Semi wadcutters.

I've used a lot over the years. Several good companies in Missouri. I now get almost everything from rimrock. Their shipping to Arkansas won't kill you and they have a great selection.

I use beartooth for one or two specialty bullets that I can't get from rimrock.
