I know there are all kinds, Carolinas, Memphis, Kansas City, Texas, etc. But IMHO, Fiorella's Jack Stack Kansas City Barbeque Sauce is the BEST. State your preference, no fighting........
Stubb's Original.
Plain old ketchup slathered all over it, the cheaper the better. Walmart's Great Value brand is particularly tasty. It goes great on a $75 steak, too. Great value yellow mustard comes in a close second, lots of it! Mmm mmm...

Truthfully, I don’t think the rest of the world can make BBQ like Texas.I go to the Best of the West Rib Cook-Off in Sparks every year to taste bar-b-q from all over the world and while most of them are pretty good, during the rest of the year, I go to Famous Dave's in Reno for bar-b-q. I also purchase several bottles of various flavors of sauce while I am there. Great stuff!
Hey That must be the reason that my Daughter who lives in Helena always wants good Q when she comes to visit in Texas.Well I'm of the opinion of if we're talking bbq your're talking pork.with a smoky sweet sauce and it's got to have a little added habanero heat. In Montana my family turns their beef into mighty fine steaks but bbq is pig all the way. A pigs got to be a meat eaters dream. Ham, bacon and bbq ribs all outta one animal!
