I also like it hot, but not so hot that the heat outdoes the flavor. Back in the 90s a coworker pulled a bottle of Melinda's out of his lunch sack. I tried it and have been using it ever since. I prefer the XXXX Reserve, and when the local store stopped carrying it I started ordering direct from the company. I've tried many hot sauces, but Melinda's is still #1.
