Two of my old gunsmith buddies ( ex partner) are still doing all sorts of work, depends on just where you are located, there are others all around Ohio,,,,,,my guys here are Walter W. over at Crown Firearms in Eastlake,Ohio , and Jim M. over at Viktors' Legacy in Fairport,Ohio, then there is Andy Horvath at Diagonal Gun shop , all awesome guys, some are really busy, have more work than you can shake a stick at.........
I still have another guy who will "dip" parts for me from time to time, but I (we) have to do ALL and any "prep" work, and being 'retired' I have really cut back,too much time with the grand kids..........
parts ONLY, you can send ,mail anywhere, no need to go through or use an 'FFL', unless it is the serial numbered cylinder frame ( receiver) parts.......
which I may add also is the "fact" the Super Blackhawks are polished and blued ( finished) with the grip frame and cylinder frame together, as ONE unit, this is so they MATCH up in finish and color !!! :wink:

I had real good luck with Bobby Tyler (he's on the classifieds here)==he's down in Texas. He did two Colt SAAs of mine. Real nice work and inexpensive. Cost me less than $500 for BOTH guns.
