If I had to guess, that's a 1954 Olds 98...

That's a fact! I used to drag race motorcycles... I had a 450 Honda with a Yoshimira 'Git Kit'... The tack went from 4K - 14K. Those who are familiar with the 450 understand the dual OHC and torsion bar valve springs. It was impossible to float a valve with the things.

At New England Raceway I'd turn the headlight around, swap out gas tanks (Had a 'horrified Campbell Soup can), had to have an ignition wire in your jacket in case you fell off the bike it would kill it...

But we rode 'em to the race, and rode 'em home.

The good old days indeed! ;)
