Accurate load .44 Mag

I found a good load for .44 Mag that I will pass along. 180 gr. XTP, 29.6 grs. of 296! Shot very well in my scoped Super BH. This is zeroed 100 yrds.

Glad that load shoots good. I have had good luck with XTP bullets also. You have to admit anything over 1500 fps from a handgun is moving. :D :D

Yeah, 1500 fps is "moving" alright. But it's not moving fast from ALL handguns Jimbo. Maybe from a .44 Magnum handgun, but a .221 Remington Fireball handgun, or my own 7 mm IHMSA handgun comes to mind.
I know - "picky, picky, picky." I've heard it before. My wife tells me that a lot. :lol:

I believe it Jim. I've used XTP's 180's - 300's .429 Dia. in my 77/50's. I've taken many deer with these. The 300 grs. will shoot thru deer. Excellent bullets
