7mm-08----140gr Nosler PAR BUllet 45grs of Win748 for 2860FPS out of my Tikka T-3 Lite. This is the load I settled on.
49grs of Win760 gave 2830FPS all other powders tried were 2600-2700FPS.
Accuracy is better than I can shoot with either winchester powders.
