Howdy All;
Just joined and thought I'd get started with a question.
I've had a #3 in .223 since the late '80's. Came with a 6
power scope which works fine with the rifle but have been
considering upping the scope to a variable and was curious
about the holes for the mounts. I'd like to get a 1 piece but
don't want to disturb what I have just to measure.
I've called the folks at Ruger and they either consider it troublesome
or inconvenient to dig up the engineering drawings to see
what the measurements are and thought I'd ask here to see
if someone has already gone to a rail and which they found works.
