    Finally!

If that was Tulammo, I tried some in my .380 and M1 carbine. It worked, but was noticably weaker than 'regular' ammo. Clean the gun well after you shoot that stuff. It should work OK in your guns, but better stuff is out there.

    early P95 lock

I want one so the gun/box/accessories is complete, like the others.

    early P95 lock

I have a 1996 P95, and noticed today that there is no lock in the case. The owners manual doesn't show one and barely mentions it. My other Rugers have the brass padlock with the Ruger logo and two keys. Is this the lock that came with that gun in that time period? If so. any suggestions for...

    Last of the P-guns. 95

I bought a P95 the first year it came out. Now I think I need a last year one. Only the DC was available in 1996. I wanted one with a safety, but learned to love the DC. Only on a Ruger though.

    Ruger P Series Cases

I have two red cases. But the guns are still in them. 50th anniversary and NRA. I have one yellow cardboard box I bought when they were cleaning house some years ago. I've never seeen the black type or any other colors. The MKII is the longest case I have.

    Discontinued P-345 Pistol

For me, buying Rugers is a crap shoot. MyP95DC, Bearcat, three MKIIs, and 10/22 were and are fine guns. My mini14 ranch was middle of the road, needing tweaking which I was willing to make. My P90 was unbelievably accurate and unbievably unreliable. The P345 came with two mags that could only...

Betting not much lomger for the P95

I have a P345 along with the 1996 P95. The P95s trigger is much better than the 345. I get the 95 and just hold it sometimes. It feels so right in my hand, almost as good as my CZ75, even though the ergo's sre different. I'm trading the 345 for a high cap Para Ordnance in commander size. The...

Betting not much lomger for the P95

Three reasons: I ordered a few small parts on Friday and Ruger is sending them to me at no charge. They weren't expensive to begin with, but I'm getting them free, including postage. On the Ruger website at the bottom of the centerfire pistol list on the left side of the page, 'P95' is in a...

    Decent inexpensive IWB holster

I have two Remora holsters: one for an FEG PA63 and one for a Para-ordnance Tac-Four 12 round 45. Both are comfortable when situated properly IWB. It might take a couple of tries to get it right, but I like them, until I have use the john. With the pants undone there isn't any pressure to secure...

    Problem? with my Bearcat

Mine isn't that sensitive, call Ruger and descibe it to them. It should just go to 1/2 cock and not any further until you make a definate movement of the hammer.

Talk me into buying a 10/22

Inexpensive used ones are all over the place due to the economy. Everyone seems to have one. They have unique magazines. You should be able to put one on lay-away at Wally World. Show your independence: leave it stock. Challenge friends with other makes to rifle reloading matches. Not mag/tube...

Ten round Mini-14 mags? Nine rounds is more like it.

The possible spring issue mentioned would be the spring becoming solid and therefore no movement possible when the mag is inserted under a closed bolt. Doing anything to the spring (shortening it) could cause malfunctions by weakening it. Leaving a mag loaded for days will not alter the no room...

Older P95DC Newbie Questions (Picture Added)

Last year I'd have sworn the list price was about $359. Rugers site shows $399 for blue and $429 for SS. They are also in very light, small print, along with the P90, at the bottom of the list for centerfire pistols. Bet they'll be phased out soon. Call Ruger and get some 15 round mags, if they...
