I have my dream RedHawks, 5 1/2" s/s in 357, 41, 44 magnums. Maybe I need them in the 4.2" barrels too. And a 5 1/2" in 45lc.

I really like the looks and feel of the Ruger Redhawk with the 4 - 4 ½ barrel length. But not the stainless steel variety. I sure wish they'd offer that revolver in blued steel and .45 Colt caliber. I can just see that revolver now, with Ivory grips, in a Kirkpatrick, lined, tan leather hip holster, with a 12 round cartridge belt, with loops and a nickel buckle. That would be "orgasmic".

What would you like as a "YOUR" dream Ruger?

In a carry revolver I perfer stainless. The bad guy can see it in the dark plus the big hole in the barrel. They teach this at the consealed carry course when the family went.

I prefer ruger revolvers for shooters and consealed carry. Bring back the security six.
The Redhawk with a 5 1/2" barrel in 357, 41, 45 lc. The Redhawk in 357/8 shot with a 5 1/2" barrel.

Two. As Craig mentioned I would like to see a GP-44 in .44 Mag, .45 Colt/.454 and a .480 Ruger. Second, it would be great to have a .44 mag version of the GP100. Measurement wise the GP frame is larger than the Taurus Tracker frame (available in .44 Mag) in width and cylinder size so should be able to handle the mag IF the barrel shank/forcing cone were increased in diameter. I think this would make a nice pair to have especially for AK, N. ID and MT.

I just found mine. A Linebaugh built 500 Linebaugh. Been wanting one for 20+ years.

[i[/i]My dream revolver is one that someone else bought and paid for and gave to me. Doesn't get any better than that. Cal doesn't matter in this case. (LOL)

My dream Ruger's would be a 3-Screw, Flattop 44 Special and a 3-Screw, Flattop 45 Colt.

Dave

PS: I know these can be built by a custom gunsmith, I just can't afford that luxury. (smile)

Redhawk .357, 6-shot unfluted cylinder in 4.5" or 5" barrel. Blued or stainless finish, really I'm not picky
