I have the Cattleman in Cross Draw and it's my favorite carry holster (3.75 SA). W-a-y better made holster than any other holster I have including El Paso Saddlery.

Both my 9 and 380 loaded with CD. Have probably shot over 100 rds and no issue either caliber.

Looking at your photos I was really in awe at how slight a ring you have on that cylinder. Mine is about 5 times larger - now I understand :)

The hammer pin can go either way - left or right, so just be sure to place the longer screw in so it will lock the hammer pin in. Your correct on the other screws too.

I do not spend much time cleaning blued cylinders. However, I do not buy a stainless gun so I can have 'burn marks' on the cylinder face. Those guns get cleaned back to 'factory new' condition. If I have the time, a soak in Hoppes, otherwise a lead away rag.

Beautiful! I love stainless guns especially stainless with walnut grips. Sadly, the Bisley frame is not a comfortable grip for me. Enjoy the gun, bet she's a sweet shooter.

I have a set of Ruger rosewood grips that have the brass inserts. How easy is it to replace those with SS inserts. If do-able, any know place to obtain those SS inserts & screws?
