No problem with mine,its my primary carry.Replaced my revolvers.If you search around you can find people with problems with any handgun.

The shield is longer,wider,taller and heavier.My lc9 has functioned perfectly and has been accurate since day 1. I'm sticking with the lc9!

Doc,I was reading on another forum the same problem with an lc9,they said some mag release springs too short were installed by ruger.The fix was to call ruger and get a replacement.

Doc,maybe try a hogue handall sleeve.I put one on my lc9 and it improved the grip,it also makes the grip a little wider.Maybe that would keep you from hitting the mag release.

Happy with my lc9 including the trigger.Took me about 25 rounds to get used to. I sold my glock 26,it was to big to pocket and i have better choices for holster carry!

321 is the second series mine is 320-88xxx and mine has been perfect.No problem with the front sight!

I just swapped the plastic guide rod with the galloway stainless rod today and fired 50 rounds thru it. No problems and no difference in function.No damage to slide or barrel.
