new LC9

just bought a new LC9 tonight and it was test fired back in 6-11
is there a way to tell if its part of the first ones that needs to go back and be worked on ?
i dont see a pinned front sight and the firing pin hole looks small
sn is 321-xxxxx is that an early run number ?

Hmmm ... was there a recall on these?

Mine is 320-27xxx with never a problem but I've only put 2 or 3 hundred rounds through it. I musta been asleep on this one.

no recall just from reading on the net some of the earlier ones has some firing pin light strikes and the front sight wasnt pinned and would work loose

Mine is #320-531XX and has a pinned front site, and has been back for a new firing-pin and spring. First 250 rds a least 15-20 lite strikes,cleaned every time it was fired,so far 250-275 rds have fired since it came back.
