Call me slow but I just notice that the words of your post are automatically counted as you type them at the bottom of your post. Is there an actual word limit to ones post? By the way, this post is forty four words.

I don't know if there's a word limit. I just noticed the word count this afternoon. It might have something to do with the site maintenance that was done either early this AM or early yesterday AM.

I just noticed the word counter myself, I think that it’s there to give you an idea of how long the post is, in words.
If someone ever comes close to the limit of text allowed, you can bet that I will simply will move on to something else.

I tell them to put it on "My ACCOUNT" , account as I aint never gonna pay.
It is there to limit the amount of words about Clip/magazine and pistol/revolver

A cowboy rode his horse into Van Horn, TX, dismounted and hitched it in front of the local hardware store. He walked to the horse's back end, raised its tail and kissed the horse's ass. An old man sitting in his rocking chair on the hardware store's porch saw this. As the cowboy walked towards the store's front door, the old man stopped the cowboy and asked:

There can be many reasons for few words.
