I just found a NIB Wrangler with one small issue. It has a chipped grip. Not bad...but an issue. I want to give it to my granddaughter. I have a few sets of walnut SS/Blackhawk grips I could put on...Will they interchange on the Wrangler?? I can get it for 125 bucks...just wondering before I buy it. I also know it's a stretch...will a SS 22 mag cylinder possibly fit? I have a new stainless mag cyl...and no Single Six

As hitman posted they ,Ruger will replace them . Back in July I bought a 75 th anniversary 10/22 online .Picked it up and when I got home saw a series of " gouge " marks just above the trigger guard . I called Ruger , now I did have to return the gun to Ruger . But they paid all shipping and returned it to my front door 👍 You won't best that for cust . Service .😉

Black plastic but they look ok except for the chip. Going to go pick it up tomorrow. To be honest for the money it should be better than the Heritage revolver. I think the gal should be happy. I've given a gun to each of the Gkids after acing the hunter's safety courses 100% or they don't get a gun. She really wanted my old Marlin 39 but not hardly...till I croak. Otherwise she wanted a 22 handgun. Other granddaughter wanted the Ruger Blackhawk combo...she's on a ranch in Montana on a horse a lot They run a bunch of cows

I've tried it on mine and it did NOT work , it would fit into the gun but the hammer would not cock nor would the cylinder turn

I have Blackhawk grips on my Wrangler.

Well I got it yesterday. Going to try BH grips today sometime. I have 5 or 6 sets so one may look good. Darn thing still has the grease/oil on it. I almost gave the gal a Mk II target I've never shot but it is a HB target...Probably not as much fun to shoot though...Thanks for the pic Gasguzzler. I will contact Ruger also Thanks for the help guys...now for questions on the Ruger Red Label O/U LOL
