Why/what are these people cheering?

they must be in favor of all that pollution .....
seems they planned it to do that.... before I read that under the video I watched it land and then tilt over and as it tilted the top of the rocket exploded which I thought was kind of strange unless some one intentionally detonated it....
give the progress some credit.. science has always been a boring thing. that been said it yield's progress.
If they intend on the future to land vertically with crew onboard they need to test the crew safety equipment.
Martin Baker did the same thing with ejection seats. They were very happy when the seat worked and did give a darn when the aircraft was intentionally crash afterwards.

The people cheering in the video were actually filmed watching the superbowl when Janet Jackson had her infamous "wardrobe malfunction".
TMZ just edited things together because they hate Trump and anyone he appoints to office.
