OK; I saw these on line for a can't refuse price. They were listed as Grip Medallions but at 1" in diameter so I don't think so. Relatively thin. Maybe for a bolo slide or concho's of some kind.
Listed as Brass / Black but I had not heard of Sid bell working in brass. Silver, Gold and Pewter yes so I expected them to actually be tarnished silver. The definitely appear to be yellow metal of some kind, I do not thing gold as there are no fineness markings, I suspect maybe yellow bronze but then Sid Bell did not mark a lot of his silver pieces as sterling so ??? I did see that Bronze was listed as one of his materials.
Any ideas as to value? ( If I am allowed to ask ) I will hang on to them them for a while to will try to find out more about them then decide what to do with them.
