Where to donate

My wife and I want to donate to the hurricane relief efforts but don’t know who to donate to. I hear lots of stuff is sitting in warehouses not being distributed. Plus, there lots of unscrupulous people just looking for an opportunity.
What’s the most effective charity to donate to.
I’m thinking Franklin Graham’s Samaratins Purse.
I don’t like the Red Cross.
