I traded for a 4 5/8" BH .45 convertible, then got the 6" .357 convertible. Later in the year I found a SS Bisley .45 convertible for a reasonable price.
Well, I'm certainly not going to admit to what I bought all year, but in the last month (more like 2 weeks) I've purchased a new 4.62" blue Ruger SBH, and just won an auction for a Ruger #3 in .45-70  (thanks, golferboy426!)
No guns, just some ammo for the guns I currently own...and a Lee hand press, a set of .44 SPL reloading dies and a good reloading manual. Eventually, with a bit of research and a few more bits, I'll start rolling my own.
I did purchase two knives: a Ka-Bar for myself and a fancy custom knife for my father; the latter featured a seven-inch Damascus blade and a bone-and-buffalo-horn inlaid handle.
Sometime in the next couple of months I plan to get a good lever-action rifle to match either my .357 or my .44 Special Blackhawk. Actually, I may buy two leverguns; I'm also hankering after one of Rossi's new Ranch Hand "Mare's Leg"-style guns...
An SP101 DAO 357, a 5.5" Lipsey's 44 Flattop, an S&W 696 44 spl, an S&W 686+ Talo 357, a Chief's Special CS9, an M&P 9c, a stainless steel Bearcat, a Bond Arms Snake Slayer in 45 colt, and a Judge.
Sheesh, I think I might have overdone it! Well, no.
Lets see here. Charter Arms Police Undercover, Marlin Glenfield 30, 10/22 carbine, Beretta 21A were all purchased. I have a GP-100 on layaway so I guess that counts as half perhaps.
