What Box for 51/2 inch old army?

I just purchased a Ruger Old Army 5 1/2 inch with fake white ivory grips. Were they sold with these or this color and what box did they come in? I ask because I am looking for the correct box.
As a bonus it had the extra 45 colt cylinder. No doubt it was used in Cowboy action shooting.

I believe those came in the gray plastic boxes. And I do seem to recall the offering of the plastic, simulated ivory grips as well. Do yours have the medallions in them?
According to the RENE Guide; if your gun is stainless,,, model KBP-FI was a fixed sighted, 5-1/2" with simulated ivory grips.

Thanks my RENE guide is two hours away. It is the blued model and the grips have the Ruger medallions

According to the RENE,,, I doubt that the blued one shipped with those grips.
